West Ham United: The Hammers first wore Admiral kit in the 1976 European Cup Winners Cup final against Anderlecht. It was a slightly different design to the one that was to become so familiar, with a centrally placed badge.
Manchester United: Admiral became the brand with the err.. three stripes for this hugely popular United away shirt.
Leicester City: This ad reveals that Jimmy Bloomfield personally designed this ‘epaulettes’ style for Leicester, perhaps explaining why it was never repeated for any other club.
