We’re guessing the ice-cream industry probably hasn’t had a bumper summer this year, what with it pissing down every day…
We suggest that they start giving football badges away with their ice cream, like they did in 1971…
That would have us running to the end of the road every time we heard the chimes playing ‘The Whistler and his Dog’…
Was it just our Dads that said: “You know when the chimes are going? That means they’ve run out of ice cream.”
We can’t actually remember these been doled out, does anyone slightly older than us recall this experience from 41 years ago?
